Light & Green, a high-end architectural lighting manufacturer, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager & Operations/Quoting Coordinator to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily office management and administrative operations

  • Hands-on work with QuickBooks: invoicing, payments, vendors, and customers

  • Preparing price quotes for clients and the sales team

  • Tracking quotes, orders, and follow-ups

  • Operational and project support

  • Coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager / Administrator / Operations role

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Experience preparing quotes and working with numbers

  • High-level English (written and spoken)

  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lighting, construction, design, or manufacturing industries

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems

  • Strong operational mindset

Position Details:

  • Full-time position

  • Maternity leave coverage with potential for permanent hire

  • Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid option possible)
