Light & Green, a high-end architectural lighting manufacturer, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager & Operations/Quoting Coordinator to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Daily office management and administrative operations
- Hands-on work with QuickBooks: invoicing, payments, vendors, and customers
- Preparing price quotes for clients and the sales team
- Tracking quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Operational and project support
- Coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager / Administrator / Operations role

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience preparing quotes and working with numbers
- High-level English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lighting, construction, design, or manufacturing industries
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Strong operational mindset
Position Details:
- Full-time position

The Factory
As of today, the factory exports to 80 countries around the world. Together with 20 administrators and engineers, the factory’s 100 employees produce 12,000 units per day. The manufacturing process in the factory begins with casting the plaster and ends with shipping the product to clients. The entire process is done manually and under the supervision of the factory’s inspection department.
